“POWER PUMP BOOT CAMP”

Beginning November 12th

Jump start or step up your exercise program with an intensive, fast, and fun boot camp. Resistance training to maximize cardiovascular stamina, muscular strength/endurance, power, flexibility, agility, balance and accuracy using dynamic and functional movements. Designed to train every muscle group in a specific way & for a specific amount of reps, with minimal rest between sets. High intensity total body conditioning using weights, tubing, body bars, steps, and body resistance. The result will be a leaner, sculpted body and accelerated metabolism. Regardless of your fitness level, athletic ability or age, this program offers individuals intensive and consistently varied fitness training -- as close to the experience of a one-on-one training session as we can make it. ALL LEVELS.

Instructors: Nicole Landolfi / Carla DuBard / MaryAnn Weitz
60-minute sessions from 6 pm to 7 pm beginning on Wednesday, November 12th through December 17th.

Training members Drop-in: $10 Non-members Drop-in: $15
