The Equipment
The studio is equipped with a complete complement of free weights and Cybex premium cardio and strength training equipment. It also has medicine balls, swiss balls, bands, BOSU, step, and other equipment which allow us to make your workout challenging and different every time.

The Amenities
Lockers, towels (workout and bath size), and water are complementary with our service. Spotless carpet and tiled changing/shower rooms allow you to avoid extra trips to home or work before or after workouts.
