Staff and clients must NOT have any symptoms related to and have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19. Clients and staff who are displaying COVID-19 like symptoms will not attend their session or report to work and must remain out of the studio for a period of 14 days until symptoms are cleared. They may train virtually.
All staff will have their temperatures taken each day, and clients are encouraged to have their temperatures taken by infrared touchless thermometer.
Staff and clients will sanitize their hands upon entering the gym and keep their hands washed/sanitized while at the facility. Handwashing is available in the bathrooms, and extra hand sanitizer stations are available through the studio.
Staff and clients will wear a face covering when entering the gym, in common spaces, and any place where appropriate physical distancing cannot be maintained.
We will comply with all local regulations related to wearing a face covering while exercising indoors.
Physical & Social Distancing
Staff and clients will keep 6 feet between each other and follow all recommendations for maintaining safe distances. We will provide signage to encourage safe social distancing. This also means that guided stretching will continue.
For the time being, we will limit the number of appointments to 2 at any given time in the studio. Clients should only enter the studio at their appointment time.
Cleaning and Disinfecting
Staff will disinfect and clean all equipment before and after use. We have also increased the frequency of our professional cleaning of the facility.
We will provide regular sanitizing of high touch areas, equipment, doorknobs, and restrooms.
Our HVAC system is less than 2 years old. It exchanges the air in the entire facility 2-3 times per hour with fresh air from the outside. We will keep the central fan constantly running to maintain this airflow. We will also keep the windows open whenever possible.
