I looked up the other day how long I have been coming for exercise to Bodyscapes: 7 years! It has been just the thing to keep me motivated to keep regular exercise in my weekly routine. When my doctor ordered more exercise to improve my health, I found in One2One Bodyscapes just what I was looking for: a professionally trained personal trainer, one on one training in a pleasant and clean atmosphere, customized exercise to meet my own physical needs, and an appointment-based routine, so that I would stick to it. I love that I can have consistency with the same trainer, but occasionally when I have had to workout with some one else, I found a real real bonus in that all your trainers are very knowledgeable about the correct way to do an exercise, have many variations to do successfully, and vary the routine to cover all muscle groups. By coming twice a week for an hour each time, my core muscles as well as my upper and lower body muscles have strengthened to give me better posture, better balance, better support for my lower back, which has been problematic during my whole life, and I have become self motivated to increase my cardio workouts at home in between Bodyscapes workouts. All of this has pleased my doctor as well as me. I have lost weight, lowered my blood pressure, as well as improved all the other key measurements for potential heart disease. As long as you are here, I will be coming every week, twice a week!
