- 40 jumping jacks
- 15 second wall sit
- 10 lunges (each leg)
- 25 abdominal crunches
- 10 push ups
- 15 squats
- 25 tricep dips on a chair or wall
- 30 seconds of high knees running in place
- 30 second plank
- Repeat x2!
